Helpful things to mention
You don't need to have all the answers. A few sentences is enough to get the conversation started. Here are some things that help:
- → What kind of business you run and roughly how many people are on your team
- → What's prompting you to reach out now — a specific problem, something you saw, a conversation with an employee
- → What you're already using — tools, software, anything AI-related your team has tried
- → What outcome you're hoping for, even in rough terms
- → Any concerns you already have — security, cost, disruption to your team
Not sure where to start? That's fine. "I don't know what we should be doing with AI" is a perfectly good email. That's what the Assessment is designed for.
